♡ Diet Plan For School Going Kids

Did your kids get tired by just doing a small physical activity in school?

Did your kid just told you that he’s getting pain very soon than other kids while playing?

Then it might be due to nutritional deficiency.

You might think to consult a doctor. Before that please consult a nutritionist.

You also might think that you are giving him the right food, right drinks everyday, then how is deficient of nutrients.

Maybe you are doing it right, but there might be slight lack in main nutrients your kid needs.

So today in this blog i am gonna talk about the main thing to include in your diet to give your kid ample amount of nutrients to his body to help him gain his immune system back.

Plan For Your Kids Diet

Nutritional requirement of school going children should must meet their increasing activity, growth and additional requirement for sickness and injury.

Every meal should include all the five food groups;

1.cereals,

2.pulses,

3.milk and its products,

4.fruits and vegetables,

5.fats and sugars.

And this has to be done as per the portion size which is different for each food groups. For example, the quantity of cereals and pulses should be adequate, whereas milk, fruits and vegetables in moderate amount and fats and sugars in low amount.

Growing children are advised to drink 2-3 glasses of milk or equivalent milk products like curd for attaining calcium intake that helps in bone health.

Planned menus have to provide dishes that are quick to eat yet satisfying nutritionally.

So the next time your kid goes to school make sure you give him the correct diet!!
